Want to get involved?

We’re always on the lookout for friendly, community-minded volunteers to help bring the Yarra Valley Wool & Handicrafts Show to life!
Whether you’re passionate about fibre arts or simply enjoy being part of a vibrant local event, we’d love to hear from you. Volunteering is a great way to meet like-minded people, get behind the scenes, and contribute to a much-loved community tradition.

Some of the roles we’re looking to fill include:

  • Greeting visitors and providing information
  • Assisting at the entry door and distributing VIP bags
  • Helping with fibre arts and craft demonstrations
  • Supporting our outdoor stallholders
  • Coordinating food stall logistics
  • Collecting feedback and surveys on the day
  • Set up and pack down crew

Planning for our 2026 event is already underway, and we’d love to connect with anyone interested in getting involved.
If you’d like to express interest or learn more, please email hellowoolshow@celebratemooroolbark.com and let us know what role/s you would be interested in assisting with.
Please note, we require a WWC Check for volunteers and more information can be found here at Vic.Gov.au
