Our festival aims to showcase the best of Mooroolbark and surrounds and we offer several stall options to celebrate our local community. Stalls are located on Hookey Park and the immediate vicinity. Stall applications are now closed for 2024, email stalls@celebratemooroolbark.com if you wish to be waitlisted.

We accept a wide variety of stalls ranging from community and not for profit groups, food vendors, market stalls, sports clubs, and more! We give priority to Mooroolbark based business and organisations first.

If you’re business has more of a makers/craft focus please apply for our Yarra Valley Wool and Handicrafts Show. We accept makers from all over for this event!
Short Stay Stalls
Our two hour Community Showcase and Active Living Pop Up Promo are aimed towards schools, kindergartens, playgroups, sporting clubs, not for profits and organisations who would love to attend our festival but don’t have the capacity to hold a full day stall. We supply a marquee, table, and two chairs for your two hour slot, and encourage you to bring an activity. There is no vehicle access to your stall.

Hi Liz,
I would like to apply for a stall for Yarra Ranges Special Developmental school. We will be using the stall to promote our school and will provide a free activity for children (probably a cut and paste frog).
We would only require a site about the size of a trestle table. In the past we have been situated indoors and that would be great if possible.

For taking food stall if it’s ready made good do we need streattraders certificate. I don’t have one.
