Parade

Registration for 2017 parade participants are now open!

At 10am, on the morning of Saturday 25 March we will parade through the Mooroolbark shopping precinct in front of many onlookers, along Brice Ave and then onto the festival grounds to herald the start of Saturday’s festivities for the 2017 Celebrate Mooroolbark festival.

Prizes to be won for the best dressed groups!

1st Prize $400

Runner Up $200

Participants are invited to dress up in costume appropriate to the environmentally sustainable theme of It’s Easy Being Green.

Entrants’ costumes will be judged after the completion of the parade and two groups will be awarded prizes by longtime Celebrate Mooroolbark supporter, Federal Minister for Casey, Tony Smith MP.

So if you would like to register your interest to join in the street parade for the first time, or become a repeat offender, please contact us by filling in the application form below!
